Scope of This Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to business orders, sample shipments and batch production shipments arranged by or with Anshan Ganghua Safety Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
Shipping terms for a specific order may be further defined in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or written agreement. Those confirmed commercial documents will control where they differ from this general policy.
Order Confirmation Before Shipment
Shipment can be arranged only after the relevant product specifications, quantity, packaging requirements, delivery address, consignee details, shipping method and payment or credit terms are confirmed.
For customized goods, shipment usually follows sample approval, production completion, internal quality review, packing confirmation and any agreed inspection procedure.
Available Shipping Methods
Depending on order size, destination and urgency, shipping may be arranged by international express, air freight, sea freight, railway freight, truck delivery, domestic courier or customer-appointed freight forwarder.
The most suitable method will depend on carton volume, gross weight, destination country, customs requirements, delivery timeline, cost target and the trade terms agreed by both parties.
Production Lead Time and Transit Time
Production lead time is separate from shipping transit time. Lead time depends on fabric availability, material procurement, sample approval, logo process, order quantity, workshop schedule, quality inspection and packing requirements.
Transit time is provided as an estimate only and may be affected by carrier schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, weather, holidays, security inspections, force majeure or other events outside our direct control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Freight Charges and Trade Terms
Freight charges, insurance, export handling, destination charges, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and local delivery costs will be handled according to the confirmed trade terms.
Common trade terms may include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or other terms agreed in writing. The responsibilities for cost, risk and documentation should be confirmed before shipment.
If freight rates change due to carrier adjustments, fuel surcharges, destination changes, cargo volume changes or urgent shipment requirements, updated costs may need to be confirmed before dispatch.
Shipping Information and Documents
Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee name, company name, phone number, email address, delivery address, postal code, tax number or import registration details where required.
We may provide standard export or shipment documents according to the agreed order terms, such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, certificate of origin or other documents when applicable.
Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information, missing documents, customs requests or customer-appointed forwarder issues may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Customs, Duties and Import Compliance
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, local compliance requirements, labeling requirements or documentation checks in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for confirming that imported products meet destination market requirements, including customs, safety, labeling, textile, workplace or industry regulations where applicable.
We will reasonably assist with export documentation within our scope, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance decisions made by destination authorities.
Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss, damage or delay transfers according to the confirmed trade terms, shipping method and written commercial agreement.
When a customer appoints their own freight forwarder or carrier, responsibility may transfer when goods are handed over to the appointed party, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged, Missing or Delayed Shipments
If cartons are visibly damaged, missing or delayed, please notify us promptly and provide photos, videos, carrier records, delivery notes and order information.
Claims involving carriers, forwarders, customs or insurance providers may require timely documentation. Late reporting may limit the available handling options.
We will review shipment issues in good faith and assist with reasonable documentation, but final responsibility depends on the confirmed shipping terms and cause of the issue.
